Since we are not transporters, we have to rely on a company that somehow assures us of the utmost care in delivering the product intact to our customers. Sometimes this is not enough and it can happen, it has happened to us, that the goods ordered somehow arrive even partially damaged. For years now, we have been involved in online sales, both nationally and internationally. Words such as tail lift, pallet truck, pallet jack, special or protected packaging, etc., are now an integral part of a sale. Over the years we have also refined the logistical part down to the tiniest detail, but if the original packaging is not the safest there will undoubtedly be problems. We are currently finalising the new campaign for SINED electric fireplaces, and because of their special construction, even though they are very durable, we have preferred to have them packaged more than optimally at the origin.  Our fireplaces are individually packed in wooden crates with safety spacers at the base and top and sealed. It would take a `cosmic twist` to damage or break such packaging. All to improve transport and delivery to our customers.
